Syed Aamir Hussain – Chairman

Mr. Aamir Hussain has assumed the role of Chairman Supernet Technologies, and is also serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Telecard Limited (parent company). He has been associated with Telecard for over twenty years. He holds an MBA degree from USA, and is a member of various management and marketing associations in Pakistan. In his long association with Telecard, Mr. Aamir has worked in various roles of marketing, sales and operations and has an intimate knowledge of the telecommunication market in Pakistan.

Mr. Jamal Nasir Khan - Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director

Mr. Jamal Nasir Khan is the Chief Executive Officer of Supernet Technologies & Supernet Secure Solutions (Supersecure). Previously Jamal served as the Chief Executive Officer of Augere Pakistan, a wireless broadband telecom operator with the brand name ‘QUBEE’.

Jamal has over 30 years of technical and executive management experience in services sector related to IT, Telecom and Cyber Security. Experience covers setting up and Operating Telecommunications Networks (Voice / Data / Internet) from ground zero (Supernet, Qubee, Supersecure, SuperInfra)

Jamal also served as: 1) Member National Advisory Board for Information Technology, Ministry of Information & Technology, Pakistan. 2) Chairman, Technical Committee, Internet Service Provider Association of Pakistan. Jamal has degree in Electrical Engineering from N.E.D University and MBA with Major in Finance from IBA University Pakistan.

Mr. Waseem Ahmad – Director

Waseem is currently the Head of Regulatory & Corporate Governance and is also the Director. He has an MBA and has been with the organization for over twelve years holding various positions including Finance Head of a Business Unit, Head of Legal Affairs, and Company Secretary.

A sound business professional with more than eighteen years of experience in a variety of roles including Chief Financial Officer in an NBFC and Corporate Governance positions. Waseem brings to the organization and the Board deep knowledge of corporate regulatory affairs and framework, Board Secretarial practices and excellent organizational skills.

Syed Imran Haider Jaffery - Director

Imran is a BE (Electrical) from NED University in Karachi. He has been associated with Supernet since 2004. He has extensive experience in telecommunications and networking. Imran has over twenty-four (24) years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. He serves on the board of Supernet Infrastructure Solutions Private Limited. He is the CTO and looks after all the technical requirements of Supernet Technologies Limited. In his capacity as the CTO, Imran has been instrumental in designing and rolling out multiple services and networks for Supernet including:

Nationwide ISP service deployment for Supernet Technologies Limited. Nationwide Data service deployment for Supernet Technologies Limited. Designing and implementations of various GSM backhaul networks for multiple clients. Designing and implantation of nationwide iDirect based network. Designing, Deployment and Operations of multiple fiber networks. Designing, Deployment and Operations of multiple RF networks.

Mr. Asad Mujtaba Naqvi – Independent Director

A Human Resource and Operations Management professional, Asad has over twenty eight years of experience of working with large foreign conglomerates and multinationals including Saudi Telecom (STC), Caltex, and Bristol Mayers-Squibb. He is currently working as Chief Operating Officer of SINA Health & Welfare Trust, a Not-for-Profit organization focusing on providing basic health care in peri-urban areas of Karachi.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration from IBA, Karachi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis & Design. He is a Project Management Professional, and is member of various international societies including Human Resource Certification Institute, USA, Society of Human Resource Management, USA, etc.

Asad’s expertise in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Operations Management helps the board to make informed decisions in these areas.

Ms. Naueen Ahmed - Director

Ms. Naueen Ahmed joined Supernet in 2011, as Vice President, heading the company’s Human Capital Management and Marketing functions. Later, responsibility for Health and Safety (HSSE) was added to her portfolio.

Naueen has an MBA degree from IBA, University of Karachi, with double majors in Marketing and Finance. Subsequently, she also earned an MBA degree from Harvard Business School in Massachusetts, USA, with a General.

Management curriculum; and special focus on International Business.

Naueen has rich experience in Marketing and Brand Management with the top multinational and national organizations operating in Pakistan; such as ICI, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Aga Khan University, and Pakistan State Oil.

Naueen has had international work experience with Johnson & Johnson Philippines, as part of Johnson & Johnson’s International Development Program. She has also served as Visiting Faculty at Greenwich University, Karachi.

MRS. Fabzia Ahsen – Independent Director

Fabzia is dynamic and results-driven professional with a remarkable background in operations management, marketing, and the art of brand activation. Demonstrated expertise in leading highly successful campaigns for prestigious organizations both on a national and international scale. A visionary strategist who continuously pushes the boundaries of innovation, delivering remarkable programs that leave a lasting impact. Exceptional skills in team leadership, meticulous budgeting, and effective vendor management. Driven by an unwavering passion to make a profound difference in the lives of individuals with Down Syndrome, consistently striving for excellence in every endeavor undertaken.

Academically, she is qualified with Bachelors of Business Administration (Honours) from Institute of Business Management (IoBM) and has undergone through various training sessions including Brand Activation Workshops from Unilever, Corporate and Social Responsibility, British Petroleum, CRM Champ, Emotional Intelligence and Caring Leadership, Winning Your Customer, SMEDA, Database Marketing, Competence on Leadership Skills and Field Manager Development Program.

In her capacity as an Independent Director, Fabzia brings on Board blend of expertise and passion to every opportunity for improvement of operations management, marketing, and brand activation, she has the ability to drive organizational growth. Her strategic mindset and visionary approach empower her to conceive and execute impactful campaigns.

Mr. Muhammad Farhan Saeed - Company Secretary

Farhan is a seasoned compliance professional and corporate lawyer, skilled in the realms of corporate governance, legal strategy, and company secretarial practices. Leveraging his background as an Advocate High Court and Associate Manager at prominent Listed Technology and Communication Companies namely Supernet Technologies and Telecard Limited, Farhan brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

Having obtained his Bachelors of Law B.A/LL.B (Honours) from the School of Law, University of Karachi and professional license to practice as an Advocate High Court from Sindh Bar Council, he possesses a strong foundation in legal principles. This, along with his dynamic role as Company Secretary of Supernet Technologies Limited (Formerly Hallmark Company Limited), underscores his expertise.

Farhan’s proficiency in drafting and evaluating complex legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering transparent communication underscores his commitment to excellence. With his passion for applying legal acumen to real-world scenarios and an ever-expanding skill set, Farhan is poised to make significant contributions to any organization.

Mr. Muhammad Ziauddin Ansari – Chief Financial Officer

Muhammad Ziauddin Ansari is the Chief Financial Officer of Supernet Technologies Limited. Zia Ansari is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and holds an Executive MBA from the Karachi School of Business and Leadership. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA.

With over 20 years of diversified professional experience, he has held senior finance leadership roles across well-established organizations in Pakistan. His expertise includes financial strategy, treasury management, corporate governance, taxation, financial planning & analysis, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Throughout his career, he has significantly contributed to strengthening financial governance, enhancing internal controls, and supporting strategic business growth.

Prior to joining us, Zia Ansari served as Chief Financial Officer at Printech Packages (Private) Limited. He has also held CFO positions at Pakistan Aluminum Beverage Cans Limited and Wi-tribe Pakistan Limited. Additionally, he has worked with Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), Fauji Oil Terminal & Distribution Company Limited, and Ernst & Young (Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder & Co.), gaining extensive experience in financial management, advisory, and corporate finance.

Mr. Hassan Jafri - Business Unit Head (Enterprise)

An engineering graduate in electronics and business graduate from IBA, Hassan joined Supernet group in 2004 with his first assignment as sales executive.Since 2004, Hassan’s journey in Supernet has been a consistent growth where he currently heads his division’s P&L, contributing almost half of Supernet’s revenue through a risk diversified portfolio of 500+ corporate customers and a country wide team of 40+ sales leaders.

He introduced international cliental base in Supernet in 2009, which consistently grew with an exceptional profitability, resulting in launch of International Desk that now operates from Dubai, headed by a senior resource stationed there.Ensuring a double-digit net growth on year-to-year basis, Hassan’s division at Supernet is the first platform to introduce, test and launch all new business ideas.

Syed Imran Haider Jaffery - Chief Technical Officer

Imran is a BE (Electrical) from NED University in Karachi. He has been associated with Supernet since 2004. He has extensive experience in telecommunications and networking. Imran has over twenty-four (24) years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. He is the CTO and looks after all the technical requirements of Supernet Technologies Limited. In his capacity as the CTO, Imran has been instrumental in designing and rolling out multiple services and networks for Supernet including:

  • Nationwide ISP service deployment for Supernet Technologies Limited.
  • Nationwide Data service deployment for Supernet Technologies Limited.
  • Designing and implementations of various GSM backhaul networks for multiple clients.
  • Designing and implantation of nationwide iDirect based network.
  • Designing, Deployment and Operations of multiple fiber networks.
  • Designing, Deployment and Operations of multiple RF networks.

Mr. M. Imran Siddiqui - VP Products and Customer Operations

Muhammad Imran Siddiqui has been working with Supernet Technologies Limited since Jan 1997 as VP Products and Customer Operations. Before joining Supernet, he was working with Mobilink (Jazz) to look after their Fixed network operations and M2M solutions. He was also part of Supernet Technologies Limited from 2009 till 2012as well.

He is seasoned professional with vast Techno-Commercial experience of more than 25 years in Telecom Industry and had served different Organizations / Operators in different roles to manage Engineering Operations, Technical design and solutions, Sales and Marketing, Channel management, Regulatoryaffairs, Corporate Support and Products Operations. He did BE (Electronics) in 1994 and afterwards MS Computer Science in 2000 and MBA in 2008.

Ms. Anjum Nadeem - Head of Admin

Anjum has been working with Supernet Technologies Limited for fourteen (14) years. She is currently National Manager for Administration and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Anjum has a BA Honors degree in Social Work from Karachi University. Anjum was previously employed at Cupola, Gray McKenzie Restaurants (KFC) franchise in Pakistan.

In her role as Head of the Administration department, Anjum is responsible for administration functions in all three metropolitan offices of the company, which include transport, logistics, building and facilities maintenance, and travel desk. In addition to travel and accommodation arrangements, travel desk also arranges work permits, visas, and other requirements for expatriates and local management team members.
